Pricing Policy
Due to the fluctuating gold market, prices on our website may not be current. Anatra Jewel reserves the right to increase item pricing at any time, in order to reflect the current gold price. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Availability
Orders will be processed and items shipped in 3-7
days. In a rush? Contact us at the store or by
e-mail at

and we will try our best to accommodate you.
If the item is not immediately available we will
contact you at the e-mail address you have provided.
An estimated delivery date for your delayed order
will be given. With your approval of that date we
will then process your order.
Special Orders
Special orders include any jewelry, gemstone, or
watch that has been ordered to accommodate the
customer’s request for an alternative style, size,
or color that is not available in stock. All special
orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We
regret that special orders are not returnable and
that no refund or exchange can be made.
Shipping
Shipping is $30.00 on all orders shipped within the United States.
We ship by USPS insured. Express Mail or Priority
Mail. Shipping fees are calculated at check out.
For security reasons a signature is needed upon
delivery of your package.
International Shipping
Please contact us about international shipping.
International orders must be paid in U.S. funds.
Customs, duties, and taxes, vary by country and are
the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
A full refund or exchange of your online purchase
must be made within 15 days of receipt of
merchandise. Store credit can also be issued.
Returned merchandise that shows visible use or wear,
or has been altered in any way is automatically
ineligible for refund or exchange. Our 15 day return
policy for December purchases is extended to January
20th of the next calendar year.
Returned merchandise must have original receipt and
packaging. Your refund will be credited back to your
original method of payment. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
